Nose:  The aroma opens with a rich scent of maple syrup covered French toast, complemented by notes of peanut brittle, caramel and toasted oak.  Subtle hints of vanilla and a touch of autumnal spice are ever present in the background adding complexity.

Palate:  The initial taste is dominated by a Manuka honey sweetness which is quickly balanced by warming rye spice, followed by a buttery and rich mouthfeel with fruity and floral notes.

Finish:  The finish is long and balanced, with a lingering note of honey blossom which adds a touch of sweetness, while the autumnal spice provides a layered complexity.

This whiskey offers a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy flavors, making it a unique and enjoyable sip.
